The short answer is April!

NE3.0 has been designed and ready for a long time, even being distributed on a small scale and doing well at various events, but life priority changes and internal logistics issues had slowed updates and progress to a halt.

True ready to run offerings will no longer be available, but lead-time should decrease, costs relative to the upgrades should decrease, and this should overall be easier for me to sustain in the background of my full-time job and ridiculous commute length.
